You can create a template for your cards so colleagues and other writers always use the same style when creating content in a new card. This way you can set a specific structure of Policies,FAQ's,...


Create your own Cards templates for the entire company to use:

  • go to your workspace settings
  • choose card templates
  • create a new by choosing "Add template"

A new pop-up will show then

  • choose a title for the Card template
  • create the structure of your card template
  • add Tags
  • Publish Card template when ready to use

Edit or delete a Card template in the template overview by hovering over the three-dotted menu at the end of a card 


When creating a new Card, the possible Card templates will show on top for everyone to use:
