Have you never dreamt of being able to easily copy/paste a pdf document? We did dream about this and we took action.
Right now you can just import any pdf document and it gets transferred into a Whale card. An editable Whale card.
This means that you will save heaps for time and keep the same structure and layout of your pdf document in a the Whale card.
You can then easily break that Whale card out in multiple cards so you continue using the same structure as you would have in your already existing playbook.
Navigate to the 3-dotted menu of any playbook you have - either in Grid or List View.
Click on "Import document" and select the document you want to be migrated to a Whale card.
Just wait till the spinning wheel is finished. This should take just from a couple of second up to a minute for larger pdf files.
When the spinning wheel disappears, your Whale card is created in the playbook you started the process from.
You can just edit this playbook as you would do with any other playbooks (How to create and edit content in a card?)
If you have a larger pdf, you can easily go into the edit mode and copy the text that you want to split up into a different card that you created in that playbook!
