What is the SOP Health Score?
It's an AI assessment of an individual card's quality, shown inline while you're viewing or editing that card — separate from the Knowledge Health area, which surfaces recommendations across your whole workspace in one feed. This in-card version flags things like thin or outdated content and missing structure right where you're already working, so you don't have to leave the card to see that it needs attention.
Where to find it
Recommendations show directly in the card view. As of Aug 6, 2026, this is available to all users — it's no longer gated behind a beta/feature flag, so you don't need to request early access.
