Whale can surface AI-powered findings directly in the card view to help you spot content that could use a refresh — things like thin or outdated SOPs, missing structure, or cards that may need attention.
What are findings?
Findings are an AI assessment of an individual card's quality, shown inline as a badge with the number of open findings while you're viewing or editing that card — separate from the Knowledge Health area, which surfaces recommendations across your whole workspace in one feed. This in-card version flags things like thin or outdated content and missing structure right where you're already working, so you don't have to leave the card to see that it needs attention.
Where to find it
Findings show directly in the card view. As of Aug 6, 2026, this is available to all users — it's no longer gated behind a beta/feature flag, so you don't need to request early access.
