Who can open Whale Universe
Whale Universe is available to admins and to users with Writer or Contributor access to at least one playbook. Reader access isn’t enough.
What readers see
If you can only read content in Whale:
The Whale Universe entry points are hidden for you. Whale Universe is not listed in the Get help menu, and the logo is not clickable.
If you open a Whale Universe link, you are taken to your Home page instead.
Getting access
If you need Whale Universe, ask a workspace admin to give you Writer or Contributor access to a playbook.
