Click the three-dotted menu at the end of the Playbook title to Edit.
Then choose the drop-down menu in settings and select the Expert
In the same pop-up, it is possible to set a review interval, making sure the experts review the content in that Playbook every so often
When a playbook is not yet ready to be shared in the company or team, set the Playbook to 'unpublished.' This way, you can work on the content in the Playbook without anyone accessing it:
