If your team is doing a lot of AI-assisted work in Whale — whether that's AI-powered features in the app, or a connected AI assistant using MCP — you may find your workspace's monthly AI token pool runs low faster than expected. Actions that use AI do draw from this shared pool. The AI Pass add-on multiplies your workspace's monthly AI token pool by 5×.
With AI Pass, your workspace's monthly token pool becomes 5× your base allowance — the size is calculated automatically from the number of creators on your plan. AI Pass applies to your whole workspace — you don't purchase it for individual creators, and the tokens aren't split up per creator either; they're pooled at the workspace level.

💡 Example: a Scale workspace with 3 creators has a base allowance of 150 tokens/month (50 × 3). With AI Pass, the workspace's monthly pool becomes 750 tokens/month (150 × 5) — not 150 base plus an extra 750 on top. Your workspace's actual base allowance depends on how many creators you have, so your numbers may differ; this is just for illustration.
These tokens are pooled at the workspace level and can be used across Whale's AI-powered features.
Available on Scale and Advance. Enterprise workspaces should talk to their Customer Success contact — Enterprise's base allowance (250 tokens/creator/month) already covers most teams' needs.
Pricing: AI Pass is priced based on the number of creators on your plan, at $25 per creator per month. It can be billed monthly or annually (annual = $25 × 12 × number of creators for the year). However it's priced, the resulting tokens are always added to your shared workspace pool — not allocated to individual creators.
