Why?

Within Whale you can set your cards and playbooks up for review.

There are many reasons why this is helpful. The 3 main ones are listed underneath:

  • SOP's, procedures, training manuals,... are not made to sit there untouched and die. They need to be updated to stay relevant.
  • Assign subject-matter-experts to update playbooks - spread the workload to the right people
  • Engage your workforce to keep SOP management top of mind.

 How?

To ensure your content is always up to date and relevant, Playbooks experts must set a review interval.

How to set a verification interval

  1. Either set the review date when creating a playbook or hover over the playbook title in the playbook view and click on the dotted menu of a playbook in the library view. Click Edit.

  2. A new popup will show where you can set the expert and the review interval.
  3. Choose the review interval

Upcoming and overview of reviews

To see any upcoming reviews, go to your My Dashboard and check the Review tab.

If you want an overview of all reviews (admin or writer) you can go to the analytics tab and under experts you can find all playbooks and their review cycle with due dates!
