You have a (product) question? Might be best to have a look in our Knowledge Base first. There are answers that cover 90% of the questions we get so this is the fastest way to get your questions answered.
Chat:
You can start a chat straight from Whale. On the top right corner you can click the question mark and get chatty.
*Do know that we are a small team doing everything we can to help you out and we might not be available at the exact moment you chat with us. Your chat will automatically become a ticket if no one replies. We will then reply to you via email!
