The idea of templates is to have a starting point in creating your content. Let yourself be guided by industry experts and use their structure.
Having that overview ready will give you a head start in adding new content. Use the template as-is or just start modifying everything to your needs. Both ways will save you lots of time!
When creating and structuring content within you Whale workspace you will bump into our Playbook level!
To create a new playbook, you navigate to one of your libraries and scroll down where you will find the button "Create a Playbook".
Once you click it, a new screen opens up, and you will have the possibility to roam through our entire gallery.
On the left-hand side, you can preselect a specific use case or department to filter in the 100+ templates.
Each playbook template can be used straight away or can be previewed before using it.
Also know that once you have added a template you are always able to amend the names, structure or content to your specific needs!
