Why?

Embedding a video that you have already recorded before can be helpful for several reasons. Just make sure that when you want to record a short process, you are using our native screen recorder. That's super helpful.

Let's have a look at some use cases for embedding a video:

  • A monthly company meeting that was recorded via Zoom and you add in the "Monthly Meeting" cards for colleagues to rewatch or catch up if they missed the meeting.
  • A welcome message recorded by the CEO that you share in the "Welcome to Company X" card.

 How?

Within a card you have the option to embed documents straight from your Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.

To do so, you can follow the steps underneath.

GoogleDrive

  1. Go to the card and click on the paperclip (cloud)
  2. Add your credentials and login with your Google account
  3. Once logged in a screen will pop-up and you can start selecting the documents you want to embed
  4. Done!

OneDrive

  1. Go to the card and click on the paperclip (cloud)
  2. Add your credentials and login with your Microsoft account
  3. Once logged in a screen will pop-up and you can start selecting the documents you want to embed
  4. Done!
