Why?

Have you never dreamt of being able to easily copy/paste a pdf document? We did dream about this and we took action.

Right now you can just import any pdf document and it gets transferred into a Whale card. An editable Whale card. 

This means that you will save heaps for time and keep the same structure and layout of your pdf document in a the Whale card. 

You can then easily break that Whale card out in multiple cards so you continue using the same structure as you would have in your already existing playbook.

 How?

From the main + icon on the top right of your screen and you can follow the step through there by adding the document and choosing a title an place for your card!

Or

Navigate to the create card menu of any playbook you have - either in Grid or List View.

Click on "Import Doc or PDF" and select the document you want to be migrated to a Whale card.

Click on Next and fill out the title and spot you want to the document to land.

Clicking on next will start processing your document. You can click out of the pop-up and continue with your work. The card will be created in the background.

You can just edit this playbook as you would do with any other playbooks (How to create and edit content in a card?)
