Why?


A playbook is created in a library. You can start from scratch or if you don't know where to start, or are you too busy? Grab one of our 100+ playbook templates and roll out new Playbooks, processes, procedures, and SOPs in minutes!


 How?

 

Follow these simple steps;

  • Navigate to the Library where you want to create a new Playbook
  • choose "Create playbook" in Grid view | Click on the "plus icon" in List view

  • a new pop-up with the Playbook templates and the starting from scratch option will show 
  • select templates from different themes or generic topics


When creating a playbook from scratch or after choosing the library template, you can edit the library:

  • provide a playbook title
  • add emoticon (use keyboard shortcuts)
  • choose a playbook color from our preset colours or via a Hex code
  • Add a Playbook expert! --> How to set a review interval for playbook
  • Publish or unpublish your playbook. Unpublish the playbook if it's still in draft so it's not yet visible to all your users but only to the admins and those who you've set to edit it.
